Tea the Antioxidant

Did you know that oxidants in the human body gradually damage membranes and genetic material leading to chronic disease? Scientists have identified antioxidant compounds found in green, black, and oolong tea help neutralize oxidants preventing cell damage.

According to Dr. John Weisburger of the American Health Foundation, research shows that tea contains powerful antioxidants and health promoting ingredients, which lower the risk of heart disease, stroke, premature aging, and certain types of cancer.
